Chris Cooper, comic book reviewer from Flickering Myth, approves of the new IDW Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics villain series no. 6, “Hun.”
It seems that the villain Hun, the new leader of the Purple Dragons, has joined the City Fall war and is about to make life miserable for our four heroes-in-a-half-shell. Hun uses AA meetings, where he intends to turn his life around, a framing devise. Cooper wonders how the TMNT will deal with not only the physical threat, but the emotional as well.
Cooper believes Mark Henderson’s art work is good, but the drawing of the Hun on the cover far out does his drawings within. Cooper also wishes he could have seen more transformation of Hun’s character.
Cooper highly rates the entire Villains series overall. The stories are well written and add layers to the overall narrative.
