The second season of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series begins Saturday, October 12.
The first episode “The Mutation Situation” shows how our four turtle heroes have discovered that alien Kraang has survived their last showdown ending the last season. Kraang has dropped mutagen canisters all over the City, and worse, has partnered with Shredder to finally bring an end to the four mutant turtles.
With the help of Casey Jones, the turtles scrambling to retrieve all the canisters before new mutations spawn, while Kraang and Shredder throw some very scary evil villains at them. The turtles really have their work cut out for them.
Meanwhile the turtle heroes try to unravel the mystery of April O’Neal’s connection to Kraang.
