Karate tips your mother always warned you against

In this fun, tongue-in-cheek karate video, a young man demonstrates five of his own style karate tips, using two backup fighters behind him who put karate into a dance form.

First he demonstrates the “falcon claw” a basic hand strike.

Second he demonstrates “a karate body,” in which he shows a “great workout” by squeezing his fingers while extending his arms to the side. He shows how this “intense” workout will turn you from a tight six-pack belly into a wonderful tubby belly. He then shows the knee of one of his backups and calls it a “bicep.”

Third, he shows how to use these techniques in the real world. He has his muscular buddy weild a plastic sword while he demonstrates taking out the attacker with his “falcon claw.”

It gets worse from here, but you must watch these fun shenanigans if you want to brighten an otherwise dull day.
