Steven Seagal accompanied a delegation of foreign diplomats on a trip to Russia to investigate the recent Boston bombing.
While in Russia Mr. Seagal could not convince the delegation to travel to Chechnya to meet with his friend Chechnya’s leader Ramzan Kadyrov. The delegation has declined any explanation of their reticence in meeting with the man who has been accused of gross human rights violations.
