This wordless black and white video inspires action with its rapid scene changes and heartpumping underscoring. It follows a day in the life of an Asian martial arts student, beginning with her waking, dressing, tying back her hair, getting in her daily running through urban streets, preparing for training at an outdoor thletics park, sparring with an instructor, practicing blocking techniques, laughing, and meditating while cooling off.
